Used to read different manuals for fun. I've listed some of my inspirations here.

Game Jam - A challenge to produce a creative work, usually timed and with minor restrictions to focus the output. Some game jams will be about producing a video game within 48 hours that relate to a word like "reflection" or use a specific mechanic. There's
Global Game Jam. There's the GMTK game jam. Itch.io has dozens of jams cycling throughout the months.
- Submitted - I like design constraints, especially word count, to help sharpen my writing. Not everything is made for a jam itself, and fewer still are posted to a submission form. These are the few that were.
- 36 words - game jam from 2024

200 words - game jam from 2019. Prokopetz has been "hosting" a continuation of the jam on Tumblr every Novemember for the last three years. That's what made me start writing these
in the first place.
- WTF - Prokopetz's WTF jam. Had to be a "game" whose title had to be the abbreviation W.T.F.

faggames - I read Faggot Games: An Urgent Warning, a plea for queer designers to make unapologeticly divisive games. Systems of power move steadily to kill
marginalized people, santizing and neutering culture, and it's not even FOR anything. Like, anyone who's cishet is still getting their personalities and self-expression
scrutinized and attacked because the going logic is about punishing non-conformity. Anyways, the article spoke to me. I've never felt so myself as to when I've interacted with queerness. So over a week I brainstormed like a dozen queer/adjacent games and have since only written a
couple of the most compelling ones. Please enjoy, I hope they speak to you.

spicy - These ones lean NSFW - I wrote them to engage with kink, were written to rp or vividly imagine sex-adjacent activity. None of them are pornographic - nawt dat dey's anythin' wrong wit dat. It's just a warning to engage consciously. I ain't going to stop minors from
looking neither, because heaven knows engaging with mature content at 16 meant I could become normal by the time I hit college.
- bitter - vent art, made for trying to work through something. Raw and usually sweary.
